Once the Job is deployed, when it runs and completes normally or experiences an error, notification can be sent to the address indicated in this field. 

When scheduled jobs execute, they produce an Information Log displaying a complete account of all job activity. If there are any problems encountered while executing the job, an Error Log is also produced, containing information about what the error was and where in the job processing cycle the error occurred. The Notification Email Address specifies the recipient of this information when the job sends the Email Notification on job completion, which includes the aforementioned information. 

Important — Before deploying jobs, be sure to verify the current Email Configuration settings. This will either ensure the current settings are correct and that you will receive all job-related messages — or uncover any problems that need to be addressed.
