The password entered here is the one securing the account of the above user. It is used to logon to the machine by Naviate Cloud Manager when deploying Jobs or otherwise interacting with it — such as running a job interactively, stopping a job from executing, retrieving job status, etc.

As stated above, all Server data is stored in a highly secure, encrypted manner.
