This refers to the name of the user account used to logon to the remote server. This user is the one who is used to actually logon to the computer and for whom access to the Remote Share is provided. 

This user may be one created expressly for Naviate Cloud Manager interaction, or that already exists on the remote computer. All that is required is that the user can logon using the supplied password (below) and they are included in the Remote Share access. Depending on security requirements and restrictions, this Remote Share access can be granted expressly for only this user; for a group to which the user belongs; or to Everyone.
