When Naviate Cloud Manager first launches, the Token Refresh Job does not have the information regarding when it's Refresh Token was last refreshed. To obtain this information, a Refresh Data from Task Scheduler operation must be performed. According to the Server on which the Token Refresh Job is located — whether it is local or remote — and the Server Location Refresh Filter setting when the refresh was performed, there may or may not be an informative Token Refresh Job icon and status display available. In this situation, Token Refresh Jobs display the Not Yet Refreshed status.

The Not Yet Refreshed icon appears, along with a status message clearly stating there is currently no Status information available and, in order to obtain it, the Job status must be refreshed. To refresh the Job status, set the Server Location Refresh Filter to either Local or Remote, according to which Server the Token Refresh Job is deployed.
