It is also necessary that each Server defined be accessible for data deployment by the local machine via remote data share. This is nothing more than a specific folder — C:\ProgramData\Microdesk — being shared, with access granted to the user specified in the Server definition. Once it has been created, this setting can be verified by pressing the Verify Remote Share button. A successful test produces the following result:

This test accesses the specified remote share using the user name, password and domain entered in the Server definition.

This functionality is also available while adding or editing the Server definition from within the editor window.
