It may be necessary or desirable at times to verify that a remote server is available for access by Naviate Cloud Manager. To assist in this task, a Verify IP Address button is available from the Servers toolbar. 

Pressing Verify IP Address is the same as running a Windows command prompt and entering “Ping nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn” to verify the IP Address.

This functionality is also available while adding or editing the Server definition from within the editor window.
