Each time BIMrx® Cloud Manager goes out to the server to get the most recent status data, it saves this data locally. Each time it refreshes the display—according to which of three available options described here is selected—it updates the display with the best choice available.

  1. It always chooses the most recent data first.
  2. If there is no recent data, it looks for saved data and uses that.
  3. If no recent or saved data is available, it leaves it blank.

Caching allows the user to have access to the most recent data while spending the least amount of time possible obtaining it. How to use this capability will depend on the what the user is doing at a given time. This is where adopting a refresh strategy comes into play.
