Licenses consist of an online and offline license.


An online Naviate Cloud Manager Standard or a Naviate Cloud Manager Pro license is required to access the desktop application user interface.
Offline Licenses do not provide access any longer and will show this message:

"License Not Found

No valid *ONLINE* license not found for: Naviate Cloud Manager If you are offline, please go online and restart the application. If the problem persists, please contact the license administrator at your company."


An Offline Single User "Naviate Cloud Manager Agent" license is required for any Automation Jobs. (Upload, Download, Publish, Export(PDF/NWC/DWG/IFC). For both Standard and Pro users, because Standard users have access to upload and download now, and Pro users have all job types.  We added this license type to all accounts with Cloud Manager licenses. Now a my.symetri admin for each company account needs to assign users to have access to this license type; then users need to generate and download an offline license and set it up locally on their machine with the Symetri Toolbox.




Summary:

User license needs to be assigned for NCM Pro (online license) via My Symetri Portal

Users either need a Naviate Cloud Manager Standard or a Naviate Cloud Manager Pro license to access the application.
