Once a Job has been successfully deployed to the Windows Task Scheduler, it executes automatically according to the defined schedule. For example, a Job defined to run every Saturday night at 11 PM that executes each week at that time. 

Before the Job runs, it displays the Next date it is scheduled to run below the Job Name and Description on the Job listing display (see following section). It also displays the Last date run and last run Result. This information is updated automatically by the system as each run event occurs.

In addition to the actual Job results — files downloaded for the selected projects to the designated location or Revit® Cloud Workshared models published — there is also additional Job information available, as described below.
