The Selection BOM Hangers command relies on a set of Shared Parameters which are created automatically when user first run the command.


The Selection BOM Hangers will create the following Shared Parameters upon execution:


BIMrx_HangerBOM_PointName, 

BIMrx_HangerBOM_HangerPoint1,

BIMrx_HangerBOM_HangerPoint2,

BIMrx_HangerBOM_HangerSize,

BIMrx_HangerBOM_RodLength1,

BIMrx_HangerBOM_RodLength2,

BIMrx_HangerBOM_RodSize


These parameters are created for BOM Schedules for fabrication hangers, and tracking of Location Point instances on Fabrication Hangers


If the user does not have a valid Shared Parameter File appointed for Revit, the below message will show:


Notes: 

  1. For Revit 2022, user must use a Shared Parameter File of UTF-16LE(Unicode) Encoding. Otherwise editing Shared Parameter File is not supported by RevitAPI 2022 and the below message will show:
