User can create the Assembled views and arrange them in a spool sheet.


Note: Before starting the sheet creation process make sure you have your Spool Creation Options set the way you want them.

 

In the Spool Manager Expanded Mode:

  • Check the desired spools in the list to create sheets for.
  • In the Actions section, click the “Create Spool Sheet For Checked” button . 



If the operation was successful: 

  • The spool Status will change from Assembled to Spooled:


  • The views will be created and added to a sheet as shown in Revit Assemblies:


Notes:
  1. Checked spools that already have associated views will be ignored.
  2. Visit the Options dialog to setup the Title Block and the view arrangement and annotation settings.
